A buddy of mine found this the day it went public and I bought some shares shortly thereafter. Just seems like an interesting story and I wanted to be a part of it.

Essentially they are an Aerial Firefighting business that contracts with Federal and local governments to put out forest fires.

They went public through a merger with a SPAC and are run by a former Navy Seal Officer. Stock has started to come back, around $8.50 today. There are Warrants (BAERW) that exercise around 10.50(cant remember exact number now). And trade for around .35 right now.

They are currently fighting the fire in New Brunswick Canada now. I think growth will come from expanding the number of aircraft, but more importantly moving aircraft around the world as seasonal needs arise. I think this will be a huge source for growth. They also have some software they are building and I suppose they'll license it as they build out their database. Time will tell.

IMHO its worth checking out the website.

Another merger with a Spanish Co. Stock is up 6% on an otherwise terrible day. $8.75 now. FYI, I have opened a small position a while back.

Stock is down 10% today at $6.53.

I finally looked up the warrants. They exercise at $11.50 prior to January 24, 2028. BAERW currently trades at 20 cents/share.

From p.62 of the 2022 Annual report.

We may receive up to $306.5 million from the exercise of the Warrants after the Closing, assuming the exercise in full of all the Warrants for cash, but not from the sale of the shares of Common Stock issuable upon such exercise. On March 17, 2023, the closing price of our Common Stock was $4.75 per share. For so long as the market price of our Common Stock is below the exercise price of our Warrants ($11.50 per share), our Warrants remain 'out-of-the money,' and our Warrant Holders are unlikely to cash exercise their Warrants, resulting in little or no cash proceeds to us. There can be no assurance that our Warrants will be in the money prior to their January 24, 2028 expiration date, and therefore, we may not receive any cash proceeds from the exercise of our Warrants to fund our operations.

I'd liken those warrants to an out of the money call option.

Stock is under $5.00 today. Very small company, but I think this is a good entry point. Second quarter is when they make their money and if past is prelude this could be a good time to buy. Last year we saw spikes to $8-$8.50 between May & August.

I picked up some more shares today at $4.92. Very thinly traded stock, must use limit orders.

Stock popped 20% today. At $5.80/share.

Stock was up 6.72% today.....Here's the kicker, its 2:00 and only 2180 shares have changed hands today.

Still only $5.08/share but amazing price action. I still think I've got a winner on my hands, only time will tell.
