It's obvious that Scott is talking about terrorists.

Also, your Townhall article conveniently omits every word of testimony about domestic terrorism or homegrown threats which were featured in Wray's opening statement and in his testimony, because, well, its slanting the article to appeal to readers who are only interested in them dirty furriners who are out to kill us and not the domestic terrorists attacking Jews and Muslims at an alarming rate.

Hint. It's not right wing groups attacking these people. In the case of the 6 year old kid, who did that? Do you know?
