Are the Russians and Putin *again* working with the American Left to sow discord and cause chaos and division?

I heard somewhere that deposits from a Russian bank were sent to a family member of the person who is in the news today.

It is public information Spankee worked WITH RUSSIA to get women into the US so they could give birth to "natural born citizens of the US".
