With Berkshire again lower in premarket trading I just wanted to again sell some of my Puts. The strange thing: While in Schwab I see the constantly changing premarket quotes in their option chains I see no changing quotes and in details 0 volume. Is premarket options trading so low volume? Or is there no premarket trading of options?

I don't know of any pre market trading for options. At least not on an exchange.
I also don't recall seeing bid/ask numbers changing outside of regular hours, though, so maybe the laws of nature are buckling under the extreme collective desire to do something.

Probably a misunderstanding: I am this moment on Schwab´s option chain screen. The bid/ask for the options do not change (which is why I asked; now I know why not. Thanks, Jim). What changes is the premarket quote for Berkshire stock.
Ok, going to bed now here in New Zealand. When getting up at 7am it will be already 2pm in New York, with me having missed most of the trading day then. But I am not willing to sacrifice my sleep for money :)

You may be seeing bids and asks changing, but most options exchanges are closed during the premarket. Be very careful with options orders placed before the options market opens because they will take effect upon open. Sometimes at bad prices.
