An official said the sparklers were attached to bottles of champagne held too close to the ceiling. Forty people died...

Trump announces 'we are locked and loaded prepared to hit' the sparkler makers very hard... and the implementation areas where "They load the bottles up with sparklers, so we hit all the sparkler makers and now we hit the area. It's the implementation area. There's where they implement. And that will no longer be around."

If Swiss sparklers are anything like fireworks in the US, they are all from China, or other Asian points of interest.
