Excellent Birthday Card to Warren Buffett on his 93rd from Rationalwalk.
Nice last sentence,
"The painting remains incomplete,
the canvas is still on the easel,
and hopefully this state of affairs
will continue for many years to come! "

Nice retrospective, thanks for posting the link.
I like this bit
"When Warren Buffett took control of Berkshire Hathaway in May 1965, he was thirty-four years old. Today, nearly half of his tenure at the company has been as a senior citizen."

This from todays, Whitney Tilson Daily,
https://assets.empirefinancialresearch.com/uploads...Todays issue is especially interesting as it is dedicated to Warren Buffett & Berkshire Hathaway.
I think the Daily is a free subscription & I blow-by the marketing & read the interesting stuff.
If you choose, you can also follow his incredibly active life , must have the metabolism of a humming bird.

I shared the interesting Visual Capitalist graphic with a number of friends. One astute guy pointed out a significant flaw in the presentation - it is based on nominal dollars, which understates the real value of past earnings. This is particularly for companies that have been around a long time. XOM, for example, would rank significantly higher in constant dollars. Relative rankings for others such as KO, IBM, P&G, GM, etc. would also change.
Probably wouldn't change who is included in the list - but the spreads might look quite different.
