On TMF they had the SAME hatred for George W Bush and Dick Cheney.
And once McCain acted like a Conservative in 2008 they heaped scorn on him too.
Ditto Mitt 47% Bain Capital Romney who made that idiotic "Russia is the biggest danger" comment and also got bum bum sex done on him by Candy Crowley.
The Trump hate - is new and fresh so they have forgotten the old hate.
