The timing of Jimmy Carter’s death makes it likely that federal flags will still be flying at half mast for Trump’s inauguration.

Surely Trump will find a way to avoid that. He's such an egotistical little man. It will bug him no end to have flags at half mast for Carter, while he is being inaugurated.
