The "JCs" have mobility. They can jump in their private jets and head to Europe or Asia, where people are educated at someone else's expense, and research is funded at someone else's expense, to obtain the treatments, and advanced technologies, they want. Meanwhile, all education and research in the US is defunded, so the "JCs" can have another tax cut. It's a perfect world. The "JCs" reap all the benefits, while others pay all the costs.
