China said that Mad King Donald's claims that there are ongoing trade talks between the United States and China are only taking place in his dementia-riddled mind.

CHINA: "Any claims about the progress of China-US trade negotiations are groundless and have no factual basis."

In fact, China said it will not sit down for talks until the United States drops all tariffs.

Mad King Donald is a lying sack of sh!t?
