I would imagine if the family wanted to exit it would be a competitive process with multiple suitors. Perhaps Warren's home for life promise would be appealing but money talks.

I don't think they want to exit, but if they did want to exit why would they lever up to buy a very fully priced Kellanova right before putting themselves on the market?
