Trumpedo denied that he's considering giving cash to the citizens of Greenland... yet.
“I’m not talking about money for Greenland, yet — I might talk about that, but right now, we are going to do something in Greenland whether they like it or not.”
Umm. “Whether they like it or not” is something you'd expect to read about Trumpedo and teenage girls in the Epstein files.

Greenland is very resource rich. Currently, harvesting those resources in an environmentally friendly way would be much too expensive. If you were willing to do significant environmental damage it could be a boon.

Threatening some of our strongest allies is not how you build "national security" in the big picture.

we are going to do something in Greenland whether they like it or not.”Typical theory X "JC". As my DM at RS said, when store managers were grousing about the pay cut "that's the way it is. if you don't like it, turn in your keys".
Theory X is based on negative assumptions regarding the typical worker. This management style assumes that the typical worker has little ambition, avoids responsibility, and is individual-goal oriented. In general, Theory X style managers believe their employees are less intelligent, lazier, and work solely for a sustainable income.
According to McGregor, there are two opposing approaches to implementing Theory X: the hard approach and the soft approach.[7] The hard approach depends on close supervision, intimidation, and immediate punishment.[8] This approach can potentially yield a hostile, minimally cooperative workforce and resentment towards management.[6] Managers are always looking for mistakes from employees, because they do not trust their work.[6] Theory X is a "we versus they" approach, meaning it is the management versus the employeeshttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theory_X_and_Theory_...Steve

LOL.
And that is the trouble with Trump. The spoiled brat, silver-spoon baby man has always gotten away with it.
