A brief snip from him, commenting on the censure.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYmVxp8meNgNote that he is correct that -supposedly- military personnel have a duty to disobey illegal orders. So, his comments previously were in line with the UCMJ.

onepoorguy,
This is just a public service announcement to remind you, and reinforce to you, that exposing your genitals to little children, and also molesting them, is very very very bad, and illegal, and you should never do it.
Furthermore, if any of your friends, colleagues, or superiors at work encourage you or order you to expose your genitals to, and molest little children, you should tell them "No."

Of course I'm not implying that you, your friends, colleagues and superiors at work, are prone to expose your genitals to little children, nor am I in any way implying that they would order you to do so, and if you were so ordered, you would follow those orders.
No Siree.
Just reminding you, you in particular, you and your friends, relatives, etc.
That is not meant to imply you are a creep or a child molestor though.
I'm not doing anything wrong by posting this, and the prior related post, because I'm simply telling you what the law already says.

As a matter of fact, one poor guy, I encourage you to repeat these same innocuous cautions against committing illegal child sexual abuse to your wife, to your mother in law, to your kids, and to everyone you know.
I'm sure they won't be offended at all, and I'm sure they won't believe you're making any kind of insinuations against them.
Why, you're just telling them to comply with existing law.
Go ahead onepoordumdum. Go explain to your wife that she should not violate the laws against child molestation. I'm sure she won't be offended. I'm sure she'll be glad you reminded her, in case she forgot she shouldn't molest children.
You're such a mensch.

Side note: Congress re-approved the UCMJ in the recent military spending bill.
