Yesterday, gas around here was $4.19. In my daily wander today, I saw one station at $4.49, and two at $4.79.

Atta boy, Trumpski! You're doing a good job, for those who you really care about (as opposed to the useful idiots you suckered into voting for you, who you then threw under the bus).

Gasbuddy shows a national average of $4.26, the highest price since summer 2022. It's going to get higher as the oil markets, and then the gas prices, digest Trump's signals that he's anticipating a conflict that lasts longer than the 4-6 weeks our initial plans called for (and which we were ahead of schedule)!

Gas Buddy always lags a bit. It's still showing most stations in my corner of the world at $4.14-$4.29, vs the prices I saw, an hour ago.

BBC reports:

BP's profits for the first three months of the year have more than doubled following a surge in oil prices since the beginning of the Iran war.

In its first results since the conflict broke out, the energy giant reported profits of $3.2bn (£2.4bn) between January and March after an "exceptional" performance in its oil trading business.

Heck of a job!

Makes sense. It's at $4.36 now.

According to my chart, he's getting it in July of 2021.

IMO, you should check which military bases he frequents (with/without gas cans).

And just think, a Democrat Senate win isn't a slam dunk.

Whereas if Republicans see the word 'Ebola' on a news ticker they'll ride it to Mt Rushmore pretty much.

I always wonder, does the SCOTUS majority - *not* put there by a majority of people ---ever bother Liberals? I think it does but not enough to do something about it.

I keep learning - how we beat Liberals in years we should've lost.

I totally get it now.

The Liberals- helped us.
