Exxon and ConocoPhilips were the ones whose Venezuelan operations were nationalized. Unlike the European oil companies, the US companies refused the compensation offered by Chavez.
Chevron has been operating in Venezuela for the last several years.
Chinese, Italian, Spanish, and Russian oil companies have considerable investments in Venezuela. I fully expect the Pirate King to declare the Chinese and European contracts void. It will be interesting to see if Lord Trump seizes the Rosneft holdings too. I also expect his nibs to demand a major share of PDVSA, to "compensate" for the costs of removing Maduro.

My neighbor's parents are from Myanmar. In sounding him out he views the UN, the Geneva Convention, as all foisted on us by Europeans. He has no loyalty to Myanmar, but the he seems to think we are being weakened by allies, coalitions, and the rules based order. Europe really didn't help by not building up their forces and relying on the US, because we aren't reliable and I didn't see this coming that fast. I've been caught by surprise at how fast the guardrails went down.
