The administrative state is eager to embrace, expand and implement the policies of a democrat president in support of the will of the people but also serves to be a "necessary" check on the power of a plausibly criminal president whose election apparently is not the legitimate will of the people.

A criminal is a criminal regardless of partisan affiliation.

Why do you believe the DOJ, a relatively conservative law and order agency, is enforcing laws against Trump because he identifies as a Republican?
