Has anyone ever used a rock glue? It's supposed to hold gravel in-place so it doesn't end up on sidewalks, or in grass, or whatever.

We have a strip of gravel between the house and some pavers (around part of the house), and were thinking of applying something like this. It should prevent weed growth. I'm not convinced it will be a water seal, but maybe? We have caliche soil, so if we can keep water away from the soil abutting the house, that's a good thing (very expansive...we have a special foundation because of it, but the house still seems to flex a bit based on ceiling drywall cracking).

Some of the products actually indicate that if they are immersed in water for ~24 hours, you need to reapply. So I'm guessing those aren't sealants.
