Given what albaby just posted, MAGA is as clueless as ever.
A better answer is to ban most firearms, but that will never happen.

This was just minutes after shots were fired.
Another generation or two the dems whining and crying over the Ballroom
will be forgotten,
but the new occupants of The People’s House will be praising President Trump
for his foresight for the need of a spacious and grand Ballroom.
Your anger, jealously and hate for President Trump is noted.

Al posted his opinion. You're free to take it as fact.

Given the propensity of left wingers to use their firearms on right wingers, I agree with registered democrats surrendering their weapons.

Because it was fact. That was a private event. Not a government one.

The statistics show that -where affiliation is determined- it us more often the 'right'.
However, add registered Republicans to your list, and we have something we can work with. Maybe to register to vote, you have to surrender all firearms (and not buy any new ones). What do you think that would do to the voting landscape? Dems would win all elections every time, since Reps are gun owners by better than 2:1 (about 45% to 20%)

And literally nobody disputes that. He's asserting there's no possible way that this kind of thing could ever be hosted in the ballroom, however.

I doubt that very much. And that's an interesting claim to make in light of the fact that armed left wingers keep making runs at Trump.

Yeah, we're not doing more gun control because of this. What needs to happen is that the left wing needs to check its crazies. Based on what I'm seeing democrat pols say and from what I'm reading on this board, the opposite is happening.
If anything all this is demonstrating it's that the right wing in this country is a) remarkably tolerant and b) showing incredible restraint. Had some right winger done this to a left wing politician there would be a very different "national conversation" taking place. What we're getting now is a lot of left wingers claiming Trump staged the whole thing and a lot of democrats claiming they never said anything inflammatory.

And the right wing doesn't?? The folks who blow up buildings (OKC)? Mass shooters? The guy who shot the Felon was a registered Republican. What little I can find on Kirk's alleged killer says there wasn't really any affiliation with either left or right (actually, some accuse him of being right-wing, but without substantiation...we may learn more when he's tried). Those are just two relatively recent ones.
Cole Allen may be left...hard to tell. He's an engineer, and most engineers are pretty conservative. I haven't heard of his affiliations so far, though I'm sure they'll come out. I can wait for the investigation before drawing any conclusions.
As it wasn't a government function, it is doubtful it would have been held in "the ballroom".
For the record, if the Felon gets funding from Congress, then I don't really care if he builds a ballroom. It could have its uses. I object (as do the judges, thus far) to him going ahead without first securing the funding. That's illegal, whether or not you support the building of a ballroom.

And the right wing doesn't??The cray-cray on the right doesn’t match the left. Here’s a sitting Democrat Congresswoman telling EPA chair Lee Zeldin to kill himself:

@rosadelauro
, she apparently believes that when you don’t have anything good to say, you should instruct the person you are debating to kill themself.
