For that matter,

when did AOC somehow become a subject matter expert on Taiwan, the Far East, relations with China, etc. etc. etc.?

That's your thinking, not ours. My thinking 6 months ago was that after say - 5 years of seasoning she'll be ready and can give a good go. Not much of a distraction from the Epstein files, have anything better? Trump raped underage girls it seems, but what is the accusation he threatened to kill a young girl? Anyone?
