Court cancels Warren Buffett, Jimmy Haslam trial over Pilot.

Behind a paywall but only says the two day trial has been canceled. It must mean they settled that part of the suit. The next trial regarding the side payments by Hallam to scam the system by bring forward earning that enhance the 20% Put option will be the most interesting.

Berkshire says in their filing that it's impossible to calculate the damages. Thus I assume the Put isn't valid. Will be really interesting.
