Wow, a civilized question instead of Intolerance. While you may not agree I'll answer- as a cordial question, should get cordial straight up answers:
1.)I didn't change it to EchotaSheeple. It's just an alternative when I identify my pronoun as "Intolerant Leftist Radical,. whose crusade to ban me on TMF ended up helping get the PA board banned and shut down, lol". Kudos on Wilton Knight!!!!! Would you believe one of my companies is named after him. (No taxes paid recently of course!)
2.)401K Fascists. The Fascist part is just because the Liberals love tossing it around since they were 60's kids....and now became corporate sellouts who still love the term. It was and is "Club 401K". These are the upper income White Professionals who love whining "Fairness!" "$15 an hour!" when they really haven't seen the ball since the kickoff where it comes to business. They PRETEND to want fairness. They whine about "The rich"....but whether it's AMT reform, 401K tax advantages, $7500 EV freebies....these greedy mooches want all they can get and then they wanna whine about their high cost of living areas and SALT freebies too. They shout "anti immigraNT!" at people who didn't want unassimilated masses plowing into their towns, crowding up resources and in *some cases* lowering wages.
BUT- these same Club 401K'ers - squeal like stuck pigs when immigration challenges them. They want to grant 10,000,000 "paths to citizenship"? Ok fine. Tell them to grant 10,000,000 H1-B visas today. Say it to them again - H1B-VISAS. Wait.....the I.T workers, Engineering workers (most whom aren't gun toting MAGAs lol).....show they're true colors where it comes to high tech immigration. BUT for them it's high minded. When the rest of America does it, that is "racist" and when Europeans do it, oh, well, of course that's ok too.
3.)Do I rec my own posts. NEVER. Sir, or Madam ---look at the shit I write :) I piss off Left and Right both. is that the mark of someone wanting recs? Recs is the currency for the Club 401K'ers - they lived by it. LOL on TMF if I got "recs" or "best of " they went nuts. When I had a "blue crown" they couldn't stand it.
Then Echota took it upon him or herself to get me banned just for using "Sheeple" and the Liberal Mullahs at TMF obliged. But then I made sure to FA the crap out of everything. PA gone.
BUT an "economics" board was open - and many of us were chatting there and same thing, Liberal Mullah Echo FA'd me....so I made a point to FA everything there too, and hopefully that was a catalyst to getting it shut down.
They started the intolerance, I finished it.

First, the screen name was NewEchota. Had you bothered to, you could have researched the historical relevance of the name "NewEchota" but you were never one for research, were you?
Second, I never FA'd anyone at the Fool. Never. I mostly ignored your posts. But you did have plenty of posters who thought you were an idiot and wished you gone.
For me, I've always thought that the crazier the post, the more it deserved to be exposed to the plain light of day. And let's be honest, most of your posts are either crazy or incoherent.
Why not just call your "EchotaSheeple" screen name what it actually is: a dopple.
And, no, the Fool closing down Political Asylum didn't have anything to do with you (there's that overinflated sense of self again). They simply decided to shut down all the non-finance discussion boards when they redesigned the discussion boards. (Which turned out to be a pretty bad decision since that place is deader than a doornail.)
