Is Trump really that stupid? No, but he knows his base will think the bill passed Congress with only two dissenting votes.

And, yes, it has happened before, you dolt.

For the People Act: 210-1, Biden 2021. IF you want to count 'votes' the way Trump does.

Trump also said that there has never been anything like the passage of this bill 'in the history of the country'.

OMG, to be 'led' by such an ignorant demagogue.
