I wouldn't invest in this one myself.

Paragon bank was about 930p last month and 780p just now.

Price/earnings ratio is 9, yield 6%.

But beware cyclical earnings with banks.

I believe they do a lot of lending into the Buy to Let market (e.g. small landlords).

As I've mentioned on the REIT threads on the non-UK forum, UK changes to taxes and housing standards are making that market shrink.
