Trump hasn’t had many rallies lately. I guess being elder and morbidly obese takes a toll.
Lately, I’ve been trying to watch Trump rallies, but there haven’t been many. In Atlanta, the arena was only partially full. How long before they start cordoning off half the arenas for “security” reasons?
It’s fun to watch the folks behind him trying not to look bored out of their gourds as their eyes water and wander aimlessly. Not to mention a bunch of folks walking out of the arena while Trump is blathering.
Trump’s delivery is like his tie, limp (not the analogy I really wanted to make but I’m trying to keep this family friendly). It’s like watching a rerun of The Dana Carvey Show for the 10th time. I mean, it wasn’t even funny the first time.
I think we have to update Trump’s 8 deadly sins (covetousness, envy, sloth, gluttony, lust, anger, vainglory and pride) to 10 deadly sins by including boring and low energy.

my hypothesis is that significant MAGA has been there for the entertainment value.
they are not critical nor analytical thinkers, and resort entirely on repeating talking points from rightwing sources. (i cannot recall ever hearing an original\imaginative concept outside the Q-Anon group.)
now repeating media talking points does serve to reinforce original bias and a sense of group belonging; it has MAGA thinking its the real reason for their support of trump outside of much deeper white christian nationalist worldviews.
but what if the trump entertainment value seriously deteriorates EVEN for MAGA? could this be more impactful on GOP voter turnout than anything else?

Well, everyone surely can see that he is MUCH TOO OLD to be taking on such a stressful campaign. Guess we should pity the poor old fart. Let's hope he doesn't get elected...the job of POTUS would kill him.
