A video of people being apprehended immediately upon entering the U.S., before they even get their feet onto dry land.
How is that bad? They were caught literally at the earliest possible moment. There is no possible way to enforce the border any more strictly than that - they didn't even have a second where they were in the country before being apprehended. You can't apprehend them on the Mexican side of the border.
What happened in that video that you think should have been handled differently?

Here is a request to our liberal friends on this board. Take a look at the video, It is only 26 sec.
Clearly the family crossing the river is exactly that, a family, a man, two women, and two small children. They very well may have a valid asylum claim since the family left whatever hell hole they are trying to escape.
Now, stop the video at the 12 sec mark. Ho many women do you see. Zero. How many men do you see. Also zero. In that crowd of several hundred, not one of these men elected to bring their family as they escaped the hell hole.
All the video is like this. We are being invaded by young men (from all over the world mind you). If all the single men were immediately rejected, there would be plenty of time and resources to properly vet and support that family.

First, bighairyguy clearly meant to write "children," not men after asking "how many women do you see?" and going on to complain that there's no one there but single men.
But the fact that he (and evidently Dope1 -- or are a man, a woman, and two or three children really "this bad"?) couldn't tell that all of those "single" men were part of the republican entourage, not migrants, is hilarious.

I cannot reach the same conclusion from viewing that video 3 times.
Even if your perception is correct, it has often been the case that a young man is a the vanguard for a migrant family. They don't send the wife al norte, alone, to suss things out.
A man crosses, finds a residence and job, sends money back home, arranges for the family to join him.
