Snyder goes through point by point the apparently Russian authored and Trump endorsed plan for "ending" the Russo-Ukraine war. It is 21 pages long so I won't try to condense of pull out key points. Just read it.

That's fine.

It's a list. That's all. Talking points.

It's not a binding treaty.

Has not been ratified by 2/3 of the Senate.

It's not an Executive Order.

Ukraine has the absolute right to reject it and continue fighting. Have they formally rejected it?

NATO has the absolute right to reject it and continue supporting Ukraine. Have they formally rejected it?

Where is Ukraine's list of what they want in order to end the war? Haven't seen it.

Where is Nato's list of what they want in order to end the war? Haven't seen it.

It is 21 pages long so..... you can be assured that Trump hasn't read past the 1st page. It offers his family $$$ potential.

The first page sums it up:
"It is rather that a few Russians and a few Americans have the ability to define as a “peace plan” what is essentially the furtherance of personal economic interests combined with a strengthening of Russia’s capacity for warfighting and a weakening of Ukraine’s.
It looks a lot like ...Russians are seeking to bribe Americans to allow Russia to win a war it would otherwise lose.

Trump prolly saw that last sentence, and said, "Bribes? That'll work, make it happen."
