“[N]o Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States], shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument [that is, salary, fee, or profit], Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

There's nothing in the above paragraph that says the profiting was okay if the foreign state officials enjoyed Trump's 1800 thread count sheets and gold plated crappers at his property.

Now, lets compare that to ..... the Biden Family's 20 or so shell companies

Joe Biden is not "his family." 'Shell corporations' are not Joe Biden.

It's understood the Orange rapist's cult is desperate to pin anything on any democrat to make the right wing look less criminal, but there is no equivalence here.

Heck, Joe Biden ain't even on Epstein's guest list.
