what's the upside of opening a new case in florida rather than a countersuit in delaware?

does it drag it out elsewhere if the delaware judge gets pissed off at trump and makes a rapid ruling? or would that judgment nudge a florida judge towards immediate dismissal?

seems consistent with trump's legal advisors to delay and make random moves. might as well employ as many pro bono lawyers as available.
i wish this nonsense was in cannon's court rather than a much more important criminal case.
