Musk is a capable guy. He said what he said. Don't try to whitewash his words. Don't try to twist them into some different meaning.

btw, I can't find clarity, can those 15,000 legal immigrants in Springfield Ohio vote in 2024, in Ohio, and get mail in ballots?

Only the ones who ate their neighbor's cat or dog can vote.
