Trump thinks the Nobel Peace Prize comes from Denmark. He and marco went to the same school it seems. I can't imagine reading this letter as a head of state. Trump has slipped the rails and gone full loooney.

NEW: @potus letter to @jonasgahrstore links @NobelPrize to Greenland, reiterates threats, and is forwarded by the NSC staff to multiple European ambassadors in Washington. I obtained the text from multiple officials:
Dear Ambassador:
President Trump has asked that the following message, shared with Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, be forwarded to your [named head of government/state]
“Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a “right of ownership” anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT”

Jonas Gahr Støre is the Prime Minister of Norway, not Denmark - which is the country the Nobel Committee is in.

The Nobel Peace Prize is pretty much of a joke before anything having to do with Trump.
They gave it to Arafat and Obama so it's always been a highly politicized thing.
Machado's basically treating the symbolic medallion like the trinket that it is, and the Nobel Peace Prize committee losing their shyte over that, is classic.

Thanks. I'm still working on other things. Too many irons in the fire. My bad. Not much time to read and post. Adios, and you have a great day. :)
Know any good vacation trips? I'm trying to plan a couple.

It might be a good idea to avoid Europe for the foreseeable future. They’re not too keen on Americans at the moment. And if Trump takes Greenland while you are there, you might find yourself detained and held before repatriation.
The only bit of good news- you’ll probably be treated better than Trump treats foreign nationals in this country.

So, Trump is really quite justified in invading Greenland/Denmark. 😉
In my defense, the Peace Prize is the odd man out:
From
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nobel_Peace_Prize#Se...The Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee presents the Nobel Peace Prize in the presence of the King of Norway and the Norwegian royal family on 10 December each year (the anniversary of Nobel's death). The Peace Prize is the only Nobel Prize not presented in Stockholm. The Nobel laureate receives a diploma, a medal, and a document confirming the prize amount.[29]

Sorry, gotta get things in before I can't walk, and hitting Europe is one. Machu Pichu, the Pyramids, etc., a safar3i, tour Europe or maybe just cruise to Norway, etc., or Alaska, Australia, India, Gebekle tepe, that kinda stuff. :)
