The educational level of conservatives make them ill prepared to sort out this sort of misinformation. It is just better if they don't hear it in the first place. Studies show the more education you have, the more liberal you become.

Uh, no. That’s the excuse of an embarrassed techie searching for something to say, given that the same thing happened last time there was a high profile interview, that time with Ron DeSantis who Musk was busy endorsing (and sucking up to.)
But it didn’t happen. The rest of Twitter, sorry, I mean X was up and running throughout. Even one of the few techies still employed said (at first) there was no sign of a DDOS attack. Press reports from friendly writers skip past it, too: The Wall Street Journal:

Personally, I like CNN’s story:

The Harris campaign shared that Trump comment about DeSantis on its own Truth Social account when the former president’s own event with Musk was delayed Monday night.
