FWIW, I gave the post to a well-funded Claude instance and, to make a long story short, the reply was that it pretty much checks out bar a few quibbles. Perhaps a bit of exaggeration here and there, for example the reconstruction in Buhca might or might not be called "a large part of Bucha". The "more than 187 countries combined" isn't really saying much, as most countries haven't donated. The quoted number of windows couldn't be verified anywhere. And Howard isn't the middle son, he's the middle child but eldest son.
