Hmm, but is it deportation if American citizens are sent to a prison built on a US military installation in El Salvador? From Seth Abramson:

...the 5 new CECOTs (200,000 capacity) Trump will pay for and have Bukele build will be on territory in El Salvador considered a US military installation and US soil—like Guantanamo Bay.
