Well, if you read around, it was the Isrealis that helped design and implement the old water infrastructure in Iran. The problem there is aging dilapidated infrastructure, receding ground levels of water due to overpumping, and natural drought. The last two are the same thing that happened to California and the Isrealis have nothing to do with California. So what we are getting appears to be fragmentary thoughts generated by Wilton visiting some RW conspiracy nutjob group that is excited to discuss this crap. YMMV, change my view. :)

I've always been sick of Israel manipulating America for its own ends.
I've always felt America was involved in more conflicts, thanks to Israel.
I feel Israel and its people - are freaking amazing at what they've accomplished and that's fine - just do it without holding the love-sacks of America's Ruling Class. I think part of the reason this cohort has been attacked, enslaved, targeted over and over thru human history and been subject of scorn from many corners is jealousy ----but also......if every part of humanity had a beef with ME, over and over and over again over centuries i'd probably look in the god-damn mirror and ask why....why that is and maaaaaaybe kick myself in the ass and change my ways a bit.
I feel the "Free Palestine"! people are dumb, just looking for a protest issue to be outraged over - no different than the Liberals who ran around with backpacks and brown rice, who now love their corporate profits and 401K growth.

The *best* is the ones i've done for over 10 years now---on a forum for Muslim (sunni) diaspora in France and Germany. Once in awhile I post about how a teacher or nurse treated me or my Mother badly....and oh my God you should see the outrage.

I've thought that we get too involved there because the Evangelicals want the Temple to be rebuilt and for that to lead to the end times. They are a huge voting block so they get catered to. So our foreign policy in this area has to deal with crazy fundamentalists having vision of the temple to be rebuilt to bring about the fulfillment of the end times, where we all are destroyed, go to hell, and they get raptured into heaven. And make no mistake, Trump catered to this - and they use King Cyrus in the bible.

Trump is King Cyrus and when something happens to bring Israel closer to rebuilding the temple, they see the hand of God. When Trump moved the US embassy to Jerusalem, they saw the had of God moving.

And - while it's fashionable for the Christians to shout "Israel"!!!! - I don't remember Speaker Pelosi refusing to attend Bibi's speech to Congress even when Obama asked him not to do it. If you can not be partisan on this issue, things would be better.

I'm honestly not religious Lambo in that I don't much buy into the Word of Man - as organized religion. I also am not militant atheist. I believe in some sort of power---could it be God? Providence? A coke can? I'm open to all possibilities and am fascinated with it. I'm especially interested in what the major faiths say about creation and the end. I enjoy the hymn "Gather us In" at Catholic mass. I love the devotion in the Hindu Arti. I like how in Judaism - one who has lived a righteous life gets to be with the cool-kids after the end times take place. But no - not Sunni, Catholic, whatever. None of the above for me.
Frankly, i find that those who preach it the loudest - live it the least and vice versa.
