Yessir, it's the Reps this time. Another poster even linked a Faux Noise interview with Lankford where that was made clear. Putting it mostly at the foot of Trump, of course. (Where it belongs.)

No, it specifies that asylum-seekers are owed a hearing to make their case. That is not equivalent to "throwing open the borders".

How we do it is up to us, and we're very inefficient.
