Trump got a lot of fans for his participation at WWE shows. He adopted the kayfabe that the McMahons fintuned for the shows.

kayfabe -noun The portrayal of events within the industry as real; the portrayal of professional wrestling and the accompanying storylines as not staged or worked.

I've never understood the popularity of WWE. It's circus, right?

Now Trump is endearing himself to the market that enjoys seeing humans concussing one another in a cage, causing chronic traumatic brain damage?
