An immigrant from South Africa, who was high on ketamine drugs, set a woman on fire. When the suspect was apprehended by police and asked why he set the woman on fire, Mr. Musk replied “It’s not my fault! I thought it was a bi-partisan Congressional bill.”

The woman, like the Congressional bill, made a full recovery.
