There are plenty of legal citizens who are willing to work at low paying jobs such as students, moms wanting some extra money in their pocket, low educated workers learning the trade working their way up the ladder and so on.

No. We Americans are spoiled. Most of us really DO NOT want to do the kind of farm work that the imported labor is willing to do. Don't kid yourself.
