BHM: Serious crime for sure. But lets not forget our totally unbiased DOJ, after letting the statute of limitations expire on some crimes, was perfectly willing to sweep all of rest of this away under a plea agreement. But then a pesky judge asked too many questions and the sweetheart deal was exposed.

No, no, no. The judge determined that both sides were not on the same page on the deal. That Hunter's attorneys thought he would be immune on more than the prosecution thought he would be immune.

Then DOJ gave it to someone independent and three charges were brought. The read from people who researched or know the area was he was actually being charged with much more than what the normal person would have been charged. So this may be a third tier Mike, getting more charges because you're the President's son and the light is shining on you. All I would ask is that he be treated fairly.
