In 2012, during a Presidential campaign debate between Obama and Romney, Romney characterized Russia as the West's "without question...number one geopolitical foe."
O'Bama's smarmy, a-hole, ProGlib clown (like he posts on this message board, right?) response was:
"The 1980's are calling to ask for their foreign policy back."
Russia, listening closely, invaded Crimea in 2014. Aside from desultory and completely ineffective sanctions, Obama did: nothing. He believed Russia had a valid claim to Crimea based on a large Russian speaking population.
Then in 2021, Biden hightailed it out of Afghanistan, in the middle of night, with no advance warning to our allies, tail between his legs.
Russia was watching closely, seeing a weak, feckless, and obviously senile old man at the helm of the Free world.
Then in January 2022, Biden gave a speech in which he predicted "Russia will move in" to Ukraine, and then said NATO would "fight over what to do" when (not if) that occurred, publicly acknowledging NATO disunity and Biden lack of commitment to doing anything at all (like his predecessor Obama).
Russia was, again, listening intently. And they heard Biden's invitation to invade.
Biden's public acknowledgment of NATO's fractured disunity, chaos, and in-fighting under his leadership, was shocking and alarming and "left Ukrainian officials aghast", according to CNN's reporting at the time.
One official told CNN's Matthew Chance that he was "shocked that U.S. President Biden would distinguish between incursion and invasion and suggest that a minor incursion would not trigger sanctions.
"This gives the the green light to Putin to enter Ukraine at his pleasure, the official added, claiming he'd never heard any nuance like this from the U.S. administration before. "Kyiv is stunned."
(I remember that speech and had exactly the same reaction. Shocking, and revolting.)
Having been given the green light by Biden, Russia launched its full scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Putin sure knew he had been given the green light by this weak, feckless, senile, clown of a President--known world wide and including to Obama as a total f*ck up.

You ProGlib clownish charlatans (just like your heroes Obama and Biden) trying to re-write history to pin these invasions or any of their consequences on Trump are simply disgusting.
You are fools.

As per the agreement and date agreed to by Trump and the Taliban (with no input from the Afghan government). Discern a pattern here?
BTW- the bomb that went off in Kabul during those last days, killing American service personnel... was triggered by a guy that was released by American forces on the orders of Donald Trump.
Again.... notice a pattern? Which is.......
Trump screws the pooch, then accuses Democrats of bestiality

I make the exact same argument about inflation. Trump inherited a good economy from
Obama. Despite the fact that things were going OK, Trump had to try pouring gasoline on a fire, with his tax cuts. Unemployment was already low, and tax cuts were usually reserved as a way, along with rate cuts, to spur a stagnant or declining economy, which was not the reality of the situation in 2017. Trump primed the inflation pump with his tax cuts, and as usual they led to spiraling of the
national debt, par for the course for GOP Presidents since Reagan.
Trump's ham-fisted bungling of covid also contributed to inflation. Trump handed
out "free" money just like Biden and the Dems did. But Trump displayed about the worst possible examples of leadership while in charge. He even screwed up while providing money for Operation Lightspeed. One the one hand, it was great that he provided money for public/private ramp up of vaccines. At the same time, the numbskull is giving press conferences where he is touting hydroxychloroquine, or asking if bleach can be ingested, or pondering shooting a powerful light into covid patients. So half the Country buys into that bullshite, and the covid plague gets worse and worse. This is the mess that Trump handed off to Biden, once his attempted coup failed. So Biden deals with this Trump-shit-sandwich that's dropped in his lap by handing out "free" money. It is true, in hindsight, that Biden went too far, but it's pretty easy to figure that out after the fact, but not while in the middle of the covid crisis.
So Trump has his hands all over the inflation that hit the Country, he shares
equal responsibility with Biden over the run up in prices. And Trump 100%
owns the YTD inflation that has occurred, that's all on him and his brilliant tariff
panacea that was supposed to make America great again. And Trump and Bessent and
Lutnik stating that prices are down in 1 breath, and blaming Biden for hi prices since Trump has taken over in their next breath, is not fooling about 80% of Americans. There is still about 20% of Americans who think it's raining while Trump is pissing on them, but the other 80% or so ain't buying none of that BS.

"As per the agreement" is false ProGlib disinformation.
United State's withdrawal from Afghanistan was specifically made contingent on the Taliban living up to their part of the bargain, which they did not.
Further, nothing in the agreement required Biden to withdraw all our forces in the middle of the night without advising any of our allies.
Nor did the agreement require the U.S. to withdraw in a completely incompetent manner.
That's all on Biden. He was the CinC. Oh wait, I guess he really wasn't, was he?
Also you fail to address any of my post reflecting the history of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2014 and 2022 under first Obama, then Biden.
This is ALL on Obama and Biden. Every single death. Every inch of lost Ukrainian territory.

Meanwhile in the real world...
"Trumps Whitehouse Frames The Past By Erasing It"
"Soon after the new administration arrived, things began to go missing from the White House website."
"President Trump’s team is selectively stripping away the public record, reconstructing his preferred vision of America in the negative space of purged history."
"Informational pages about the Constitution and past presidents, up in various forms since President George W. Bush was in office, all vanished."
"Thousands of other government web pages had also been taken down or modified, including content about vaccines, hate crimes, low-income children, opioid addiction and veterans.
A Justice Department database tracking criminal charges and convictions linked to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol was removed.
Segments of data sets are gone, some of the experts who produced them were dismissed, and many mentions of words like “Black,” “women” and “discrimination” have evaporated."
"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had over 3,000 pages removed including materials on chronic disease prevention and vaccination guidance for pregnant individuals.
The removal of pages honoring women and people of color in military history, including Navajo Code Talkers and Black Medal of Honor recipients."
"What we’re seeing is unprecedented, both in terms of the scope and the scale of the web-based resources that are being taken offline, and material on those pages that is being changed."
