I know I keep harping on this, but it's been more than 60 days. We are now in the realm of illegality (AGAIN!) as the POTUS can only invoke military action for 60 days without a resolution from Congress, or a declaration of war. Neither has been forthcoming.
But how do you stop it? Are the generals in charge (e.g. joint chiefs) obeying illegal orders? Should they be refusing after the 60 days without Congressional action? Can the next POTUS take action against them (i.e. just just relieving them, but actually a courts martial)? Obeying illegal orders is a big no-no.

...the POTUS can only invoke military action for 60 days without a resolution from Congress, or a declaration of war. Neither has been forthcoming.
It was suggested, some weeks ago, that, if Congress became a problem, simply change the name of the war, to restart the 60 day clock. There were other suggestions that declaring the "cease fire", ended the original 60 day clock.
Of course, the "leaders and statesmen", on both sides of the aisle, have made it clear, they want more war, so the regime is in no difficulty, because a law is only as good as the people charged with enforcing it.
