Fascinating how this administration keeps secret the identity of a man who just murdered an American citizen.
Masked and anonymous.
Kristi Noem is busy telling Americans that their brave agents in Minneapolis were stuck in the snow when they were attacked by terrorists.
This is the America you voted for, MAGA. It’s not too late to get on the right side.

He didn’t murder anyone.

Like January 6th, we have videos.
The vehicle’s front wheels were clearly turned away from the murderer. The first shot was fired after the front of the vehicle went by the murderer and the next two shots were were fired through an open side window as the vehicle passed by the murderer.
But if you need more evidence than what your eyes plainly see, the fact that federal agents are not sharing information with local law enforcement shows they know it was a cold blooded murder.

Out of control SUV driver surely had no intention of hurting any of those ICE officers?
Unless you're going to hold a seance, know way to prove that.
But her actions up to the shooting say the opposite. She was going to resist and flee no matter who she hurt in the process.
She committed assault with a deadly weapon. Justifying the use of deadly physical force.
You crazed leftists told her it was her duty to violently resist ICE.
She did. She followed her brain washing.
Enjoy your new martyr.

And like Jan 6, they don’t give a shit, AW.
They can look straight at those videos of Jan 6, and call it a picnic of tourists, just as they can look at the videos of Minneapolis and see a crazed terrorist trying to run down ICE (apparently after just dropping off her child at daycare).
They see what they want to see, not what is actually there.
And then, when someone comments on the evidence of “what is actually there”, they call them liars, communists and terrorists… as fascists have ALWAYS done.
JD Vance is currently holding a news conference, saying exactly what Dope and marco have been saying in this thread.
This is what we are up against.

True, but I speculate there might be a legal term other than "murder" that applies?
Surely there is some statute that applies to the broad spectrum of, errr, "misconstruing your job duties", but I'm not sure what. Seems to be without premeditation but with clear intent to cause death or something close to it...some sort of high degree of manslaughter or low degree of murder? Both of those are state laws I believe. Maybe some extra boring stuff like firearms or civil rights offences?
Some might reasonably interpret that one of them had a rational fear for his safety. But one would also have to note that most of the shooting was after that risk had clearly passed, given the car's route plainly turning away from him.

The car was in reverse.
Good put it in drive.
She pointed the wheels at the agent.
She hit the gas.
The wheels spun.
All of that happened *before* she turned right. The agent had around a couple of seconds to process and decided to protect himself.

Not even a couple of seconds.

Possibly criminally negligent homicide

Yes, state laws, which the VP says Federal officers have absolute immunity from. Maybe the Feds could prosecute on a violation of the vic's civil rights, but what does this regime think of "civil rights" when it comes to "POCs and liberals"?
