Fair enough. I shouldn't have made such a blanket statement. I amend it to "if the pet is able to stroll on its own, I would not get a stroller".

I wonder how far we are from getting a dog. Right now we are traveling a lot. Not fair to the dog. But we both love dogs, and when we stop traveling, we will probably get one (or two).

Unless I start showing signs of dementia, given that 1poormom has now given me a family history of dementia. Having to handle two dogs, and me, is too much for 1poorlady. (Note: we would get medium/big dogs...I'm fond of Danes, and 1poorlady really likes Labs and Retrievers. I like those also. And Shepherds. Rotties are cool, too. :-)
