Please stop saying this. Putting it out there gives people hope that it might happen, and it will never happen.
You need to get both the Vice President AND a majority of the cabinet to agree. The cabinet part is tricky, because they will all lose their jobs, while the VP gets a promotion, so that’s a non-starter.
If the President objects, as he surely will, then you have to get 2/3 of BOTH HOUSES to agree, otherwise the President is still President, and he is instantly at war with both his VP and the cabinet, who (I repeat myself) will instantly lose their jobs. (The VP won’t, but he will be cut out of anything, everything.)
The 25th Amendment, actually all of them, are written for honest people in a fair-minded government. We are nowhere near that situation. We are not on the same planet as that situation. Maybe not the same solar system.
