If schools don't make the changes, they risk losing their funding from the state and having their school officers removed. The changes must be made by the end of the 2022-2023 school year, which is in a few months."

"The New York State Education Department made a huge announcement. The State Education Department told WAMC that more than 50 school districts in the state still have Native American mascots, team names, or logos."


Library budgets cut. STDs exploding. Kids - having kids - leading to even more budget drain and crime.

But NY is focusing on what's important.

Paging those trapped in failing schools (for more than a generation)

Those worried about crime (the non-ahem, certain kind of Liberal section)

Those suffering from exploded Std rates....

The Democrat Mayor worried about undocumented migrants.....

The schools and libraries facing potential budget cuts......

NY can walk and chew gum. While they quickly take down the mascots -they'll get to you too. Sadly the've not chewed gum for a generation in some of those categories.

Almost like W Bush is posting here - "Nope, we're not wrong. No way".
