Inventory is rising in some pandemic hotspots, but prices are not meaningfully falling overall. Boyle cautions that those waiting for a more favorable time to buy might be disappointed.

As we get ready to leave for an extended vacation, we just put our property back on the market. I did a generous search broadly encompassing 'similar' properties for sale, and found there were few options for sale, most of which were significantly more expensive than our property. Will it sell? Who the heck knows, but also little effort on our part just to restart the listing. Activity is picking up around here in the form of buyers going to opens and making appointments. Hopefully Summer vacation is over for the real estate market!
