So today’s news is that we’ve attacked a port in Venezuela. Details unclear regarding level of destruction, deaths, injuries, etc. but Trump said we did it and now the CIA has confirmed.

I know, sounds ridiculous, given the state of the two militaries. But if they did so it would be headline news; even loyal propaganda media like Fox & NewsMax couldn’t avoid it. And then suppose Venezuela began some stealth attacks inside the US? What would the MAGA crowd do?
Venezuela would lose, of course, and Maduro would be gone - so this is not a step he would ever take - but if you were in power there, what would you do in this case? I enjoy thinking about problems that seem unsolvable - until you get far enough outside the box to come up with *something*, anything, other than the straight line answer that “everybody knows.”

Or make it a "macho" point for the gangs to see who CAN do it. Plus the US $35 reward. Maybe also a "deck of cards" as used by the US elsewhere--with lesser rewards for each one. US tactics against the US can't be illegal--because the US did it. Nice court issue that would hang a variety of US Presidents if found to be illegal.
