If there is a DIFFERENT PRESIDENT, then the Shadow Dockets decisions "go away" and get redetermined as most favorably to the RWNJs.
The problem is simple. The RWNJ majority has fatally shot itself. As following the law regarding appointments AND dismissals has been overturned, the justices can be removed at whim for violating the Excremental Output declaration.
