Using America's Tribal differences - has proven effective. Putin does it. Bibi has done it.
Russia should get ahead of the Social Security battle and using its e-prowess, whip up the young people into a lather. I personally haven o idea how to do it, but certainly I'm gonna write this suffusion all over the place - kinda like I wrote on Governor Abbot's campaign site years ago, that sending Illegals to blue areas would be a wonderful thing.
Eventually the fund is going to have trouble. And as *someone* used to predict on TMF - America's retirement age will bump, and even France's stupid pension systems will get pooped on. The latter is slowly happening and I"m pleased with the progress. But back to Tribal Ungovernable America....
Russia should really use social media and other methods, to exploit retirement fears amongst 40 and younger.
*Demagogue it as a "cut to your social security".
*Use the term "boomers" and make it the boogeyman, no different than "bin Laden" back in the day. Get them hyper over "boomers wanna make you work longer" or develop better word tracks along those lines.
And then, if and when true SS reform talks begin and inevitable "CUTS" are proposed..... ok Russia, pot Putin, THIS would be grand:
"I'm tired of these Boomers and their Wall Street friends sticking it to me. They got me for student loans, I can't buy a house, and I can't get ahead. I'M GETTING OUT OF THE 401K. I'll stick my money in the bank. MY money is propping up the Boomer shares so they can enjoy retirement, but they keep shitting on us"
If you're sitting in Russia - This is a HUGE undertaking.... but imagine, if young workers *stopped* buying equities....imagine what that would do to stock valuations, retirement security and what would THAT do to political stability in an America that is already tribal???? It's a wet dream.
You could destabilize America economically a bit, and add a NEW layer, totally separate from Red vs Blue. Trump vs Liberals. Cracker Barrel vs Whole Foods. All you gotta do is exploit attitudes that already exist, and use coming policy proposals to really light a fire.
*Oh* and a bonus. To LEFTIST WOKE ACOLYTES..... use "Wall Street" and "greedy bankers" as a code-word. You know, the way TMF Liberals used to use "NeoCons" and it was ok to code that way. Ask Ms Tlaib, she'll de-code it for you.
