In modern markets, the wealth effect is the dominant factor driving consumption.

Prior great depressions and tariffs from the market highs down to a bottom, the markets would bounce back. In our case the wealth effect bounces back. This source of inflationary pressures is about to dry up. Exactly when is not clear. Soon enough, during this year.
